Iām Millie, a holistic physiotherapist and somatic coach. I combine evidence-based physiotherapy, hands-on treatment, movement rehabilitation and somatic coaching to help you understand your body more deeply, reduce pain and tension, and move with greater confidence.
My approach looks at the whole person - your body, nervous system, movement patterns, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing - so we can explore what may be contributing to your pain rather than simply treating symptoms in isolation.
Whether you are dealing with chronic tension, recurring pain, injury recovery, stress held in the body, or a sense that you no longer feel at home in yourself, I offer calm, grounded support to help you reconnect with your body and move forward.
90-minute - Holistic Physiotherapy Massage
15-Minute: Somatic & Physiotherapy Assessment
A calm and grounding space to explore your health, wellbeing & lifestyle (You) as a whole. Together, we will discuss what has brought you here, identify your goals, and assess any acute injuries, chronic pain, tension, movement restrictions, or postural concerns where appropriate.
60-Minute: Holistic Massage
A personalised hands-on treatment combining deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and somatic techniques to help reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and support deep rest, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
15-minute: Integration & Aftercare
Time to integrate and reflect on the massage experience. I will also give you personalised exercises, self massage techniques using a fascia ball and any relevant somatic tools to integrate the experience into your life.
