90-minute: Holistic Massage
A personalised hands-on treatment combining deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and somatic techniques to help reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and support deep rest, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
15-Minute Integration & Aftercare
Following your treatment, we create space to explore the physical and emotional changes that may have arisen during the session and discuss your personalised physiotherapy plan. This may include self-massage techniques using fascial balls, rehabilitation exercises, functional & somatic movement practices.
