Twerk Fit invites you to reframe movement
It’s not about performance - it’s about presence and pleasure.
This class offers you space to get curious and explore how your body wants to move, while learning grounded, empowering pelvic movements that awaken the power, creativity, and joy that live in the pelvis, patiently waiting to be awakened.
Each session blends:
Twerk foundations
Intuitive movement
Bodyweight strength and mobility (legs, glutes, core)
Somatic movement for nervous system regulation
Net-twerking often happens after class because this space seems to attract the most epic people - entrepreneurs, creatives, and brave, audacious, like-minded souls.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I will also pay close attention to your physical needs, offering informed support for injuries, sensitivities, and ongoing conditions so you can move safely, confidently, and with trust in your body.
Spaces are limited to 8 participants per class, keeping the experience intimate and allowing me to offer my full presence and attention to each individual.
