8 x Somatic Coaching Sessions – Weekly, 2 hours each. This is how transformation happens with time, presence, patients and consistancy.
Between sessions, I will invite you to take small yet meaningful actions based on the work we’ve done together. These actions are the catalyst for change. They are how we release outdated identities and patterns, and consciously adopt new ways of being that align with who you truly are - and who you are becoming.
