Why Twerk?
While this may look like just a dance, it is, in truth, deep somatic work. Twerk teaches you how to move from your centre - your hips. When you align from the inside, your external life naturally begins to reflect your dreams.
Through twerking, we gently and powerfully dissolve the shame and tension carried in the pelvis - tension inherited through generations of silencing, sexual shaming, trauma and the false belief that this part of the body should be hidden.
The pelvis is the centre of your creativity, desire, pleasure, and life force.
By consciously inviting sensation and awareness into this area, you awaken creativity and playfulness—alongside the motivation and vital energy required to take aligned action toward what you desire.
From this embodied connection emerges a powerful, playful entrepreneur:
